Goulash soup, a delicious Hungarian dish that's like a beef stew. We had this every night!
The bridge that separates "Buda" and "Pest"
Holding the balls of this horse gives you good luck!
Heroe's Square. It is a memorial to commemorate the 1000th anniversary of the Hungarians arrived in the Carpathian Basin.
Exploring underground tunnels which were kind of a maze. There were different chambers throughout with objects and exhibits left over from the war. This is a water fountain that spurts out red wine, I wouldn't want to drink it though!
The Szechenyi thermal bathing pools are filled with naturally hot water and cooled down to about 38 degrees Celsius. We went to the outdoor adventure pools which were steaming hot and had water jets and whirlpools to play in. Running between pools was freezing as the outside air was a frosty 7 degrees!
